Meet Stephanie, Our Campus Registered Dietitian

Interested in learning more about nutrition? Stephanie, our campus registered dietitian is here to answer all of your questions! Stephanie is a board certified sports dietitian who specializes in a variety of nutrition related areas including food allergies and chronic illness. Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the State University of New York, College at Oneonta. She completed a comprehensive clinical dietetic internship and earned her Master’s degree from Stony Brook University. Stephanie is passionate about nutrition because she truly believes that healthier choices are the foundation to disease prevention, physical performance, and academic success. When working with students to help them achieve their individual wellness goals, she uses a real-life approach that encourages them to strive for progress and not perfection. Small changes every day are all it takes to make a significant health impact. CAMPUS MENUS & NUTRITION INFORMATION

SimpleServings-stacked    Simple Servings is our allergen-safe, dining option for our customers with      food allergies or gluten intolerance. This station offers food free from              peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, wheat, soy, milk products, eggs, and gluten-          containing ingredients. Simple Servings staff members are carefully                                                                                   trained                  to avoid cross-contact with food allergens.

myzoneLOGO2       MyZone is a gluten, peanut, and tree nut free station that offers a variety of options               for  those with   special dietary needs. At both Commons and Sadler students can find –       gluten free breads, cereals,   oatmeal, desserts,  and milk and yogurt plant based                       products. At this station there is a microwave   and  gluten free toaster available.









mindful-icon-35x32.png Locate a healthier choice! All Mindful offerings meet stringent nutritional criteria based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. Each Mindful item is limited in calories, has fewer than 30% of calories from fat, fewer than 10% of calories from saturated fat, and is restricted in sodium and cholesterol.

Vegan-35x35.png At both Sadler and Commons we offer dedicated plant based stations. In addition you will find vegan and vegetarian items throughout the dining halls- grill, deli, pizza, entree, and the food truck! If you are looking for plant based menu items, look for out "vegan" and                                    "vegetarian"  icons on out menus.

Download the "Bite by Sodexo" app to look at a 7-day listing of menus for all three dining locations. You can click each menu item to find the nutrition information and any food allergens it may contain. You can also use the filter feature to find Mindful, Vegan, Vegetarian, or allergen free menu items.
