Meet Stephanie, Our Campus Registered Dietitian
Interested in learning more about nutrition? Stephanie, our campus registered dietitian is here to answer all of your questions! Stephanie is a board certified sports dietitian who specializes in a variety of nutrition related areas including food allergies and chronic illness. Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the State University of New York, College at Oneonta. She completed a comprehensive clinical dietetic internship and earned her Master’s degree from Stony Brook University. Stephanie is passionate about nutrition because she truly believes that healthier choices are the foundation to disease prevention, physical performance, and academic success. When working with students to help them achieve their individual wellness goals, she uses a real-life approach that encourages them to strive for progress and not perfection. Small changes every day are all it takes to make a significant health impact.
